TERMS & CONDITIONS – SVL JEWELLERS

Welcome to SVL Jewellers. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Warranty Policy

• Thali Chains come with a 2-year color warranty from the date of purchase.

• During this period, customers are eligible for one-time replacement for color-related issues.

• A valid warranty card is mandatory to claim any replacement.

2. Replacement Conditions

• Replacement requests will only be accepted if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or eligible warranty issue.

  • The original warranty card is presented at the time of replacement.

3. No Return / No Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Damaged or broken items after delivery

  • Polished jewellery items

  • Panelalola items and one gram jewellery

4. Delivery Damage Policy

• If the product is damaged during delivery:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage.

  • Without the opening video, replacement requests will not be accepted.

5. Color Warranty Exclusions

• No color warranty is provided for:

  • Polished jewellery

  • Panelalola items

  • One gram jewellery

6. General Conditions

• All products should be handled with care to maintain quality.

• SVL Jewellers reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.

• Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
