1. Warranty Policy

Thali Chains come with a 2-year color warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, customers are eligible for one-time replacement for color-related issues.

A valid warranty card is mandatory to claim any replacement.
2. Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests will only be accepted if:

The product has a manufacturing defect or eligible warranty issue.

The original warranty card is presented at the time of replacement.

3. No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or broken items after delivery
-
Polished jewellery items
-
Panelalola items and one gram jewellery

4. Delivery Damage Policy

If the product is damaged during delivery:

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage.

Without the opening video, replacement requests will not be accepted.

5. Color Warranty Exclusions

No color warranty is provided for:

Polished jewellery
-
Panelalola items
-
One gram jewellery

6. General Conditions

All products should be handled with care to maintain quality.
