5. Delivery Policy

  • SVL Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

  • Delivery will be attempted by our courier partners; if unavailable, re-delivery may be attempted.


6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered, do not accept it.

  • If accepted, you must provide an unboxing video as proof to request a replacement.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

  • The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.


8. International Shipping
