No, we do not offer returns or refunds. Only replacement is available under eligible conditions.

Replacement is allowed only for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Eligible warranty claims (like Thali Chains)


3. Is there any warranty on jewellery?

Yes, Thali Chains come with a 2-year color warranty and one-time replacement.


4. Do I need proof for replacement?

Yes, a valid warranty card is required for applicable products.


5. What if I receive a damaged product?

You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened to claim replacement.


6. Are polished or one gram items covered under warranty?

No, polished, panelalola, and one gram items do not have color warranty or return/replacement.


7. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.


8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after processing. Please contact support immediately for assistance.


9. Do you provide tracking details?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
