RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SVL JEWELLERS

At SVL Jewellers, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Replacement Policy

  • Only replacement is available.

  • Replacement will be considered only for:

    • Eligible warranty claims (e.g., Thali Chain color warranty)

    • Manufacturing defects


2. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.


3. Replacement Conditions

  • A valid warranty card must be provided for applicable products (such as Thali Chains).

  • Replacement is limited to one-time only for eligible items.


4. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement is not applicable for:

  • Damaged or broken items after delivery

  • Polished jewellery items

  • Panelalola items

  • One gram jewellery


5. Delivery Damage Claims

  • If the product is damaged during delivery:

    • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement.

    • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

    • Claims without video proof will not be accepted.


6. General Conditions

  • Products must be used and handled properly.

  • SVL Jewellers reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
